I have been in the Food, Restaurant, and Catering business for over 25 years.
Recently I've been managing a local restaurant for the last 16 years, also
helping out with the cooking, serving, and planning of parties. Prior to that
I owned and operated my own ice cream shop for 8 years. It has been great experience
and a joy for me to be involved with so many areas of the food business. Over the
years a lot of my homemade dishes made it to the menu of local establishments.
When I would make my hickory barbeque for friends, relatives and customers, they would
always say "You should open up a barbeque place." So after many requests I finally
decided it would be a good idea to open a place where folks could get our authentic barbeque
taste that you just can't get at a fast food place. We only use fresh ingredients and the
right blend of spices for that special barbecue taste. Our motto is: "One taste and you'll be
